The puffy round bead, designed by Patricia Healey, is a versatile piece perfect for necklaces and as a focal bead in earring designs. Handcrafted and rustic, this artisan bead has so much texture! Its form is the same on both sides, with a slightly puffy shape and strong vertical lines achieved through a technique called repoussé where the metal is lifted from the reverse side. The bead's hues of oranges and reds, created by torch heating and sealed with lacquer, are enriched by the bronze solder, adding another layer of design and making it a unique and eye-catching element in any jewelry piece.
